This 90-year-old house feels like new after we updated it to a modern layout that included a new formal dining room. We added a flare of drama with saturated teal wall paint and draperies. Fun spaces like a children’s play space in the attic, and a man cave in the previously unused basement retain the elegance of the rest of the home while providing great spaces to relax.
