Grand Hyatt Deer Valley

Hotel lobby area overlooking outside nature

Nestled in Utah's Jordanelle Lake area, Studio Garrison's comprehensive interior design for the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley East—named among Travel + Leisure's "It Resorts" of 2025—represents a landmark achievement in luxury hospitality design. As one of Utah's first MIDA projects in decades, this premier ski resort destination features our holistic design vision across 387 guest rooms, 55 private residences, 30,000 sq ft of conference space, two signature restaurants, and extensive amenity areas.

Our "tailored rusticity" concept elevates alpine hospitality design through thoughtful juxtaposition—reclaimed timber and stone textures harmonize with refined contemporary elements, creating sophisticated environments that honor the mountain setting. Guest accommodations blend functional luxury with authentic regional character, while the ski-in/ski-out public spaces incorporate features that reflect the area's mining heritage while enhancing the guest experience.

From slope-side lounges to lakefront dining venues, Studio Garrison's comprehensive hospitality design approach ensures each interior space celebrates Jordanelle's natural splendor while delivering the elevated comfort and distinctive sense of place that defines world-class ski resort experiences.
